Today Leon was at Lightning Co. One of the mid floors where a training hall was made. He had some of his enforcers in there sparring and doing general MMA and sword technique training. The next room over was a custom built firing range where other enforcers were putting rounds down range. They looked to be in decent shape, but Leon was being extra scrutinizing today. Clover was up front teaching the class while Leon looked for any stand outs.
It had been a day or two since his niece and nephew visited and were hired. The schedule for the press conference was in and Leon had established a home base for them to operate out of. He was just waiting for them to come pick up the details.

"Time to see our Uncle."
Rai said as he walked towards Lightning Tower.
"Hmmm... Is it just me or did it seem bigger when we were on the plane?"
Trinity didn't even dignify his question with a response as she just rolled her eyes.
"Come on. Lets not keep him waiting."
She would say as they reached the doors. The two would walk to the front desk.
"We're here to see your boss. He should be expecting us."
Rai would say firmly placing one of the Sudeki Group's business cards on the Desk.

The receptionist would take the card and cross reference it with the daily schedule, once finished the receptionist would smile and wave them through security.
"Go ahead, The Chairman is on the eighth floor in the training hall."
They would be escorted by a suit to the elevator where the menial bullshit would be handled like pressing buttons and opening doors. Until the door to the training hall would be opened and held open for Raikotsu and Trinity.

The two would follow in silence, gotta keep up that air superiority appearance in front of the peons. No need to give them some false sense of self worth. There might be a few strong members in this group. But less than a fraction of them would make in their Private Military ranks. Though Rai couldn't help but be amused by the men brave enough to oogle his sister. Only to shot down and put in their place when her icy stare met their greedy eyes. All backed down. Finally they were in Leon's presence. Rai would bow his head while Trinity would bow slightly.
"Mr. Sudeki."
They would say in Unison.

The Chairman would turn his head towards the duo when they got close enough. He waved a hand for Clover to continue without him while he lowered his head in a respectful boss bow.
"Mister and Miss Sudeki. I trust you were treated well on your way here?"

Trinity would say.
"We appreciate the Invite as well as the escort here. Is this where we are to conduct our business or is there somewhere else you would like for us to go?"
She continued.

Trinity seemed to be ever the business oriented individual. Leon shook his head.
"No business today, just passing on ownership of an office building in the Eastern District. I did however, have a mind to show you around the city and let you know the inner political climate."

This time Trinity was the one that that broke the professionalism by jabbing him in the side with her elbow.
"Ehm, that is with all the strangeness that has been happening in this city."

Leon would look over at Clover when Rai brought it up, though for a moment he thought Raikotsu might be going to a place he shouldn't at the moment until his direction was adjusted by the ever observant Trinity. Leon would nod before answering.
"Yeah. She demanded a position in the Raijin, so I made her an enforcer. She has actually been proving herself a rather lucrative member of the organization. Just recently we put down a street gang causing trouble in Old Town and she got good first hand experience in torture and interrogation while on the move."

Rai nodded. Clove had always been strong... but seeing the woman in front of him, there was definitely an edge that hadn't been there when they were younger. The memory of the four of them playing together as kids when they were blissfully ignorant of the feud between their parents... It was painful. More so knowing that the kind girl who, as the oldest, always looked out for the younger ones and was kind and fair, always breaking up the stupid fights him and Spike always got into... He was snapped out of Memory lane when Trinity spoke.
"When we aren't all busy it would be good to get dinner together sometime. But as we know you're already taking time out of you already busy schedule to show us around we are ready to go when you are, Uncle."

"Yes, a dinner would be nice."
Leon agreed before leading the way back out through the lobby. A few suits doing the usual menial tasks of pressing buttons and opening doors all the way down to a stretch sedan. The back had four seats all facing inward while the driver and passenger were cut off from the meeting area inside the vehicle. The door would be opened for everyone to climb in and Leon would let them enter first as the guests.
Once inside obviously armed suits got in the front and the vehicle would start with Western District, where they currently were.
"This is the Western District. While Lightning Co. supplies utility services for Anthem City its self as the primary front for the Raijin Clan this district is all but fully claimed by the Raijin. Protection rackets, recreational drug sales, a few under ground casino and brothels. You could say it's a pleasure district in some aspects. We have started some loan sharking businesses, but nothing extravagant. We don't generally have issues with the minor gangs and street hoodlums' playing around in our yard, but every now and then they get a little big for their breeches. There are very nice cafe's, a high school and a university as well as a rather nice park. Not many entertainment options in this district like movie theaters or the like, but with some funding we can build them up pretty easily."
The car would drive around some hitting important spots before heading towards Eastern District.
"Any questions?"
If there were none they would move on.

"It's decent for low key information gathering, if you want to gather info, stick near one of the two Police Precincts and Old Town. As for quiet places, the further off the main roads the better, but there are a few protected wooded areas with strong streams going out into the harbor."
Leon said without so much as hesitating.
"Next is Eastern District, where Western was more a place of industry and work, this is your lime life. Big corporations set up here, and small corporations come here to get stomped into the dirt. Leading technological innovations come out of this District and all eyes are always on this area. You want to be discreet in this part of town you better be a ghost or a homeless person. No organizations I know of root here, but there is an elusive group called Orochi. One of the big organizations that sits at the table, but no one knows where their territory is."

"What other... useful qualities does this district hold? If this is a good place to be out in the open, it must have other shining merits."

Leon had to agree that this was a good place to have an alibi, it was ideal. The only problem is the trail that came with being seen.
"It's better if it's perceived that you appeared here and vanished from here. Any trail is heavily scrutinized by the public in this city. Otherwise people here are always looking to make a quick buck. This is the make it and break it district. If you want the latest tech, or something invented or developed you come here. As for production you go to Western District."
Next they would roll into Eastern Heights.
"This is Eastern Heights... The upscale, five star part of town. Everyone who lives here makes at minimum a half a million dollars a year off just residual income. I have a house here that I don't use very often. The Anthem City Super Mall is located here with multiple floors and everything one could possibly need inside most people don't even leave Eastern Heights if they can help it. While most crime families live in this area as well, there is an understanding, kind of an unwritten rule not to conduct business here. Even then, there is no safer zone than Eastern Heights, break the peace, you will be excommunicated from all living protections."
