The next stop would be the historic Old Town.
"This is the historic Old Town. Not exactly a slum, but it's what remains of the original train station town from ye olden days. Lots of the people here cling to old ways and stubbornly fight back against advancing this part of the city specifically. The newly formed Baba Family has current rights to Old Town with lots of construction to start soon to try and spruce the place up and restore it's historic buildings. This is one of the most dangerous parts of town and has no presence of any kind for protection so just assume everyone here even children are armed and ready to put you in a body bag over the trash in their yard."

"So this is the best place to go if you want to hide yourself and your secrets? Is there any way to really get information in a place like this? How close nit is the community here? Do they protect their own, hate outsiders, or can they be helpful with the right motivation's and or incentives?"

"I wouldn't say tight nit, but they protect their own. There was one time people were trying to have a parade or something and people came out in bath robes and baseball bats to chase them away. I don't know if much information can be gathered here, but someone here probably knows enough to bring the city to it's knees if anyone would believe them."
And lastly the Docks.
"Welcome to the Anthem Docks. Everything that comes and goes, goes through here, be it by boat or train. The meat and merchandise markets are always busy and something is always going out to delivery or coming in. When I say this is the blood pumping through the heart of this city I mean if the Docks were to fall that'd be the end for this city. RIOT controls the Docks and as such have the most influence and power. Even Raijin's merch has probably been looked through by a member of RIOT as it passed through here."

Not only would it be good have some eyes on RIOT but if you're right, then that also means that this any deliveries that this Shadow Group might need will definitely be coming through here correct?"

Leon rubbed his chin as the driver began making his way to the office building Leon had set up for Raikotsu to use in Eastern District.

Rai leaned back in his seat and rubbed his chin in contemplation.
"Then finding a way for setting up some sort of surveillance system is going to be a major play that would be beneficial for us in the long run..."
Trinity would speak up.
"Since we are going at this in a legitimate manner this time, we can probably get a permit from the city to set up some sort of Minor surveillance, and then set up something more sophisticated in secret. This should give us all an edge."

"That could be doable as a front for trying to lower the crime rate between Old Town and the Docks. That would still be operating in RIOT territory at an official capacity, so we might incur some issues from that."

It was then that Trinity pointed out that they had reached their location. Rai would proceed to get out of the Vehicle to inspect the building.

The building was a single floor, but was quite expansive with plenty of space to fit whatever needs Rai and his group may need while in town. The American style of temporary permanence when it comes to base set up.

Rai and Trinity inspected the space separately and then came back together and nodded.

They would both bow.

Leon would incline his head, as a Yakuza Boss it was it's own sign of respect to lower yourself at all.
"If you need anything in the meantime call my office. An assistant should be able to provide you with what you need if it is within our power to do so."
Leon would stretch his shoulders a bit with a groan at his old body.

Rai rubbed the back of his neck and Trinity turned her head almost as if she were looking away.
"Well... It's good. Business is booming, as you now know operations went global and our father is over seas growing our operations there..."
Rai would fall silent and Trinity would speak up now.
"However... with the new open recruitment policy it is... more and more difficult to see actual family now."
Rai would nod silently.

Yeah that made sense. Leon understood where the issues were and why they were the way they were.
"Sacrifice, Duty, Selflessness."
Leon repeated some of the old tenants. Once he thought on it he would smile.
"Well, our doors are always open. One of the bonuses of being the boss of a single city underground crime family is there is always someone else who can do the work. Global operations require a lot of attention and trust in leadership hundreds of miles away. Even thousands... Go easy on Ken when you guys actually do have time to see each other. Just enjoy the time you get and let go of the negative."

Rai and Trinity looked nervous and uncomfortable for the first time since they arrived.
"Thank you for your wisdom Uncle. We don't blame Dad though... its just, difficult at time. Despite the years we've been at it... The changes just keep rolling in, and we aren't sure what is in store for our future. We just hope that it will all pan out in the end."
