Nodding he would keep a smile as he spoke.

"I'll tell my boys to be on their best behavior, and to follow your orders as given else they will cut their fingers off and send them to your office."

The best order he can give to get his people to listen to an outsider. Even if their last name is Sudeki.

"Well just so I'm completely transparent with the issues, there is something The Raijin has been keeping out of the public gaze. The problem being with it is it's not exactly believable with words, so it's best if I simply show you."

Leon would take a few steps back to give them room before he pulled his Bokken free of it's sheath and popped the mist pellet into his mouth. Black ink like liquid formed around him in the shape of a hooded cloak before in a puff of smoke he teleported ten feet back, at which time he swung the Bokken and an explosion would occur at the pinnacle of the swing.

To continue he would jump and run on the ceiling before leaping onto the wall and teleporting again in between Rai and Trinity.

"When we had our face off with the leader of RIOT, Amadeo Lambardi, he used a power even beyond this one. He can control water, almost create it out of nothing. Being near the man makes it hard to breath and covers the area in water. This is a scratch on the surface of what can be done."

The black ink hooded cloak did not vanish, it flowed in response to his motions as if it were weightless. He ground his teeth thinking about how everyone almost drowned with bubbles of water around their heads.

"This is why they are so dangerous. They have a power that doesn't even compare to this one."

Trinity went down the list of questions he had when he first saw the display.

"The pill is made of the black mist I mentioned. This is the weaponized version of it as far as I can tell. I obtained them through my investigations and yes. It's different every time, and it isn't always helpful. I do know that the power Amadeo used didn't come from the black mist, which might be what makes it more powerful. Beyond that your questions are also my questions."

"That's the info I have to leave you with."

Leon would slash his Bokken to clean it of the blood it should have been covered in for being unsheathed, though it had none, the act dispelled the ink cloak. Sheathing the Bokken he would take a breath.

"Trinity is right, I wouldn't of used it if I thought I would be believed without it. I have come across multiple beings now with these powers and I feel like I'm only reading the cliff notes of a deeper world of mysticism. This has been my primary plaguing thought above the rest of this. The shadow organization is trying to weaponize artificial mystical super soldiers. As is my opinion."

Leon shook his head.

"While appreciated, for now I think it best for you both to focus on the current task. I will share the info I come across, and I get the feeling you will run into beings like them in your own search."

Leon wasn't saying he wouldn't like the help or use it, he just didn't think spreading them thin on this right now was a good idea.

"Very well. I'll get the preparations finished on my end, I'll have a car brought for your use as well."

Leon would leave and make phone calls as he made his way back to Lightning Co.
