Leon would lead the way out of the store and outside would be a black car with a driver in a suit waiting for them to approach before he opened the back door for them.
"Please."
Leon would offer her to enter first before he followed and the drive wouldn't go too far before pulling up on the Lightning Tower Co building. One of the cities utility companies corporate building.
"This is the building where my men and I work."
The driver would put it in park and run around to open the door for them to get out. Two more suits would walk down to them one holding an umbrella the other with his hands out to take the poncho and her hat for Faythe. Escorting them inside they would bow holding the doors open as they entered.
"So a lot of the city pays us for the usage of the energy we generate using our wind and current turbines and solar energy."

She hadn't stopped being wide-eyed since the car and they only got wider at the mention of his name, the sight of the building, and further on. frankly, she should have recognized the name and she was mentally facing palming herself that she hadn't earlier. She refused the offer of the man who asked for her coat she got cold easily so she thought she'd need it.
"I have not looked much into your company, do you mainly specialize in natural resources, Mr. Sudeki?"

Leon would kind of chuckle to himself.
"Mostly, trying to harness electrical storms as well, but that is a little different. This is the work that funds our other dealings, like with your shop. Our organization is known as the Raijin Clan. We are a criminal organization at heart. We deal in drugs, loans, protection rackets, insurance fraud. A multitude of other things, but we also have a strict code of conduct. So nothing we do ends in unneeded death."
He scratched at the back of his head.
"So I guess the natural energy sources over fossil fuels is an act of instinct."

"That is respectable." she nodded while scratching her paper. "Natural medicines are in someways cheaper and more beneficial though they can't help with more advanced illnesses or compete with the medicines of similar urgency. they won't cure cancer faster than chemotherapy but to some who can't afford it, they can ease the symptoms at a more reasonable price. I'd like to keep my recipes with this thought in mind."

Leon would think on what she wrote as he showed her around the building to the various normal locations being a few offices, a gym, a zen garden, and a call center.
"It's reasonable to want to maintain a cost efficiency to help those who need it. I don't see a reason to bleed anyone dry of funds to make a quick buck. Besides the longer someone is alive and can afford the medicine the longer they can pay for it. However, I do not wish to sugar coat the inevitable outcome of people becoming dependent and using it just to get the way it feels."
Leon wasn't planning to stop them either.

It probably went without saying but she did prioritize sales to those who absolutely needed it rather than the ones who sought pleasure from her recipes.
"If there is enough product to go around, I'd worry less about who is buying and what for. I hope this opportunity will achieve just that?"
She assumed if this is profitable she can run some tests of her own interests.
"Have you heard of the strange incidents involving people losing their minds and a black mist?

Leon's face fell at the question.
"Yes, I've run into it about three times now. Each time has been worse then the last."
He'd clench his fists a bit before raising them and rubbing the backs of his hands.
"What is your interest?"

"I was sprayed with it by a mad man, but the doctors could find nothing left behind from myself or any others. I'd like to see if maybe there is a way to investigate it further? Maybe by talking with others who share the claim and make a watchful eye on what might be in common or how it could effect them?"

"I am of the same opinion."
Leon would turn to Faythe and nod.
"My organization is already involved in researching whats going on. At the scene of the Copia Mall, at the place where those mob members were found dead, and talking to survivors as well as the other organizations that might have been involved or at least know something."
He folded his arms and looked at the floor for a moment.
"What we have found so far does not bode well."

"I was at the mall as well." she lowered her mask and Leon would see a black and green bruise that was taking its own sweet time healing because of her clear complexion. She lowered her sleeve to show where she was stepped on, almost a clear imprint of a boot that wrapped around the whole arm.
She fixed her sleeve and crossed both arms obviously trying not to feel anxious from her experience.

"What did you see?"
Leon asked, since that would be his most common question at this point. Everyone seemed to see something they either didn't believe, or couldn't. But, everything was from a place of terror and anxiety.

She unlooped her mask from her ear and instead of writing it down she would actually speak.
Her voice was gravely and it was hardly above a whisper. "I was shopping and someone was on the floor... I asked if she was alright and she hit me... I ran. Foot steps followed me and I hid but did not get a good look at them..." She had to breathe slow and swallow deep to not hurt her throat. "I realized I trapped myself and someone was hunting me so I attacked... They were much stronger and pinned me just to spray my face and run of laughing like it was a devious prank."
She felt that would have taken too long to write but she tried not to start a coughing fit from the lengthy story and popped a honey colored candy in her mouth to coat it's soreness. It was a cough drop of her own making.

Leon put a hand to his chin once more pondering the implications.
"So someone targeted you specifically because you weren't being effected by the mist released into the air ducts..."
She did have a voice, but it seemed her vocal cords were damaged or weak. He decided not to press for it, but would nod along to the current facts of the matter.
"Perhaps it has to be inhaled or ingested somehow to take effect, it might be within our best interest to issue masks with filtering capabilities when investigating or just in general."

"If it got in me, then it got in through my eyes, I wear masks like this all the time. Including that day. The doctors found nothing in any of us effected like this... Or so they said." Her nose wrinkled remembering how the doctor had treated her like a waste of space. She spoke adjusting the cough drop in he mouth to clearly do so.

"Liquid, gas, mist. I wonder if even skin contact works."
Leon pondered and didn't like they he still didn't know exactly what was going on with any of this yet.
"Our current hypothesis is a paramilitary organization is testing a new bio-weapon in the city with the cooperation or at the very least permission of the government."
