There would be a knock at Stevie's door early in the morning. On the other side was a young dark skinned woman who stood tall with a polite posture, her hands tied in front of her as she spoke with a smile. "I'm sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if you could help me?" Stevie-Rae Sudeki

Stevie would nod and step aside, letting the young lady in. "What can I help you with, dear" Stevie assumed she was found in the hospital registry. Her cards were everywhere.

"I am looking for an individual that frequents this location," She would say as she stepped inside, turning around to face her again.
"They are an androgynous individual and go by the name of WR." She'd add with a smile.

Stevie stiffened slightly. "Yes. What do you need with them?" Protective.

Sylvye would notice her defensive reaction and hold her palm up. This seemed to be a frequent occurrence with people that knew WR.
"I assure you I mean no harm. That individual happens to be my younger sibling."

Stevie relaxed slightly, but she was still maintaining her protective posture. "They haven't mentioned a sibling." Also she noticed the girl was very stiff. Who spoke like that about their sibling, anyway?

"I suppose there is a lot they do not mention, and likely for good reason. I do not have the best relationship with WR, and that is partly the reason that I am here. If you will allow, I will explain." She spoke very formally, but it was something that was pretty much programmed into her, and it wasn't meant to raise suspicion...unfortunately, a lot of people become suspicious of her for that reason.

Stevie raised an eyebrow and waved a hand at the living room. "Please, sit. Can I get you a drink?"

Sylvye would hold her hand up politely.
"No thank you, my visit will be brief." She'd turn to face Stevie and then clear her throat.
"Firstly, my name is Sylvye. You do not have to share your name if you are uncomfortable doing so." Although, she already knew Stevie's name, so it didn't really matter.
"To be blunt, I am working toward making amends with WR. Our childhood was very... tragic to say the least, and the dysfunction of our family split us apart."

Stevie scowled and arched a perfect eyebrow. "Well, I assume you do know my name. After all you know where I live which means you are either a stalker or you have someone in the city who is an informant. I was just telling my husband the other day how much I wish my long lost sister would come and stalk me when I am trying to get my shit back together."

Sylvye would retain her posture and continue staring into Stevie's eyes, looking completely unphased by her words as if she were completely apathetic.
"My occupation is irrelevant to the situation at hand. I assure you, if I meant harm to you, your husband, or my sibling, you would have all long known it.

Stevie bristled. "You think you could harm my family? Little girl be careful where you tread."

"It was you who first implied it, Stevie, I was simply making a statement that if I wanted to, you would know it, not that I could, or that I would." She would say in the same calm, somewhat respective manner.

Stevie just glared. "So, you came here and thought to seek out WR. What did you think would happen?"

"I did not. I simply knew I needed to come here, so I did. I am approaching this in the least direct way as possible as to not provoke any negative interactions with them. You of all people should understand that."
She still retained her calm posture.
