Leon called the news outlets to gather for a press release of information early this morning. Having prepared himself and his platform he waited until the seats were filled and the camera's were rolling. Stepping up to the podium on the steps he chose he would address those gathered.
"Hello Anthem City. I am Leon Sudeki, and I have lived in this city for a little over 24 years and in that time I have seen many of the hardships and troubles we have overcome. I have seen growth and peace. But, I have also seen the dark underbelly of things that can only be described as a warzone. There is so much potential in us to rise above what we are now and become the city we wish to see. To turn Old Town around and keep it from becoming a lost history, to change the world in our own way and lower our carbon foot print, to end the violence and danger that threatens our citizens. We have been failing our city for as long as I can remember and we can no longer continue to fail. That is why I am announcing my candidacy for Mayor of Anthem City."

When the crowd clapped, so would the white gloves hands belonging to Seth Adelram. He kept his eye on the local news and heard that a press event was to be held within the city today, related to politics. Seth had only recently addressed the idea of potentially running as a Mayoral candidate himself, however he was still sitting upon that fence. That didn't mean he couldn't play 'the game' before he made up his mind.
He would be found near the left side of the podium amidst reporters and would remain silent as those golden irises studied the man standing at the podium. Seth couldn't prevent the slight tug at the corner of his lips. How much of what this man said was actually true? While Seth had never met this 'Leon Sudeki', he knew of his business and many of the rumors that surrounded him. It wasn't uncommon for criminals to run for office. After all, Seth had been considering it, hadn't he?
This day wasn't meant for anything other than to gauge a potential opponent in the political arena. The second eldest Adelram would wait until Leon finished, along with the likely flood of questions from the savage reporters all around him. Once he was certain that Leon was finished speaking, he would look to approach him before he could leave the area entirely. "Mr. Sudeki, may I please have a moment of your time?" A hand would extend toward Leon after he spoke. "Pardon me, I should introduce myself, shouldn't I? Seth Adelram. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Leon would finish up with the media before being called out by someone with a somewhat eccentric sounding voice. He paused in his actions to spot the person before noting his gloved hands, though Leon himself wasn't one who could judge that struck him as odd. He wondered if it was to hide scars or something like he did. However he would nod and approach the person.
"What can I do for you?"
Leon would give a respectful bow of his head for the formal situation.

"I am simply hoping to learn more about you, Mr. Sudeki. I pay great attention to the politics within the city and I too have noticed that our beloved mayor has not lived up to the task." His hands would move as he spoke, in an expressive manner. Golden eyes casting a gaze toward the man before him. "It is less about what you can do for me and more about what I could possibly do for you, Mr. Sudeki."
His eyes closed after he spoke, a small warm smile shifting upon his face before he reopened them. "If you have the free time, I would love to explain- And learn more about you and your campaign. In private of course, for we are surrounded by vultures at the moment."

Leon would take a moment to glance about at the media hyena still packing up and loitering about. It was a fair assumption that a conversation like this would draw their attention, so he would nod.
"Well, would you care to visit my office then?"
Leon would offer as he waved for a suit to grab his car.
