Rai would yell as soon as he walked into Lightning Tower. There were would be multiple people trying to stop him from storming up to Leon's office. They all failed. Any and every attack would be returned a hundred fold. There would be a trail of Raijin thugs behind Rai as he kicked in Leon's door, and stormed inside.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU PLANNING?!"

Leon was leaning back in his chair with one leg up on his desk and the other leg up on an open drawer with his legs spread and an ice pack sitting on his groin and no pants. He'd look at Rai as he barged in and frowned deeply with a sigh.
"Can we not today?"

He said as slammed his hands on Leon's desk.

Leon would gesture at his balls.

Leon would put the ice pack in the drawer and take his feet down.
"Rai, they can't learn to fight without taking some hits. What do you want me to do, judge their form while they hit a punching bag like some ring fighting chump? That isn't going to push them to reach their full potential."

Leon would shake his head.
"I was holding back enough so that they could continue fighting and halted at the first sign of injury. If I restrained myself too much it would be doing a disservice to them when they come across a truly strong opponent who won't care about holding back."

Rai would feel an intense burning pain from his mark as it changes to a large red circle with six smaller red circles surrounding it.

Rai was about to retort when there was a searing pain from his mark and the feeling of his mark moving.
"ARGH!"
He called out gripping his mark as he collapsed on the ground. His face already red with Rage would seem to deepen and sweat appeared.
"FUCKING!"
He grunted as he ripped open his shirt just in time to witness his mark turn red and change.

Leaning over his desk when Rai fell to the ground in obvious pain he wasn't sure if maybe he was shot by a sniper or had some sort of ulcerous aneurism from anger. However when he ripped open his shirt and Leon saw the mark he looked at Rai with narrow eyes for a moment.
"You too?"

Rai lay on the ground for a moment, breathing hard.
"Oh, did I forget to mention?"
He would sit up.
"WR and I had a run in with Wyatt and Barker. These were our take away's."
He said, pissed, as he grabbed the chair he had kicked earlier and dragged it back sitting down and pulling out a cigar. Lighting it up. He would take a couple puffs before tossing Leon his Cigar case.
"Fuck you."

Leon would catch the case and rub his chin a bit before taking a cigar and tossing it back.
"WR said they had a run in with Nocturne, I don't believe they gave me any names. However, I also told them I had to trust you with that end of the problem while I focus on the others."
