"Nagi and a few of our people also got marks like this when dealing with black mist stuff... Were you out dealing with the Korean Mafia?"

Stevie shook her head.
"We, Raikotsu and myself, went out looking for answers on the drugs from the homeless that live under the bridge behind the overpass. There was a man who was giving drugs to kids to make them work for him. That's where all the kids are in the med bay are from. I thought they were just druggies but the kids. They were making kids take the drugs. as young as six, Leon. I couldn't let him- We took the kids out and called the hospital to come get them over to Lightning Tower. Some thugs came and tried to stop us but we took them out.
We ran into three others who were looking for the Foreman as well. They had these marks. Raikotsu spoke to them more than I did. I as more focused on the kids. I went back and Raikotsu and the three others were gone but I was able to talk to these two dealers. I got some info from them but not a whole lot. Just enough to know the drugs have been out over a year and they had put out a kill order on the Foreman. The dealers were dealing for the Korean Mafia. I'm certain of that."

"Hmm, it is probably best to ask the others with the marks what this is and what it does. I'll get some people looking into the drugs and the Korean Mafia."
He thought about the kids and nodded.
"Then it's a good thing they are safe. For now we'll get them back on their feet and see what can be done with them."

Stevie bit her lip.
"I wanted to talk to the Councilman Sudeki about opening a warehouse or abandoned place to reup into a house for the homeless. I have a few places in mind but I need to bring it up to the council. Even if we can't help all the homeless, maybe a halfway house for the kids 18 and under."

Stevie would grin, eyes sparkling with the slightest of tears.
"As always."
She'd lean into him again and wrap her arms around his waist.
"I'll get a sample of my blood tomorrow, when I go in to work, and send it to your lab."

Leon would wrap his arms around her and carry her away to the elevator. Time to go to the 'Office' for some alone time.

Stevie allowed herself to be picked up and wrapped her legs around his waist. Her lips gently caressed his neck as her fingers wound themselves in his hair again.
Alone time was awesome.
